i am a 13 yr old girl from indiana ... before 5th grade i couldnt run more than 5 mins.. now i am runnin 8 miles sometimes a day in the 8th grade now.... u 2 have showed me anything just about is possible some day i would like to try to do the same as you did .... thank you ... you are greatly appriciated
