All - sorry for the delay, but it's 11:30 and I'm beat. Pics are coming. Thanks for your patience. I promise they'll be up this week.
I'm in training for Reach The Beach (where Sehon will join me) so my time has been limited at of late because of a minor injury. I'm doing an hour of stretching before my run and then more after with icing so my 3 hour workouts are killing my free time. Hey, you're runners... you understand.
